David Baker (born December 27, 1954; Bangor, Maine) is an American poet. ==Life== He was raised in Missouri. He graduated from Central Missouri State University and from the University of Utah with a Ph.D. in 1983. He taught at Kenyon College. He teaches at Denison University,〔http://www.denison.edu/academics/departments/english/baker_david.html〕 and the Warren Wilson College MFA Program for Writers.
